Our architectural designs balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. We create innovative building concepts that respond to cultural context and client needs, delivering iconic and practical structures.
We provide detailed engineering solutions covering structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines. Our designs ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with international standards.

We specialize in creating and transforming outdoor spaces, integrating sustainable design, ecological principles, and innovative planning to enhance the functionality and aesthetic value of projects. Our focus is on crafting resilient and engaging environments that promote natural balance and support human well-being.

Our interior design services craft inspiring, functional environments tailored to enhance user experience. We combine creativity and practicality to transform spaces that reflect the client's vision and lifestyle.

We deliver integrated roads and infrastructure solutions that prioritize functionality, durability, and sustainability. Our expertise covers planning, design, and implementation of efficient transport networks and utility systems that support seamless connectivity and long-term community development.

We provide robust TIS through a three-tier approach, integrating advanced counting surveys and technologies like VISUM, SIDRA, and SYNCHRO. This ensures high-quality data and expert analysis for effective, standards-compliant roadway planning and mitigation proposals.

We deliver comprehensive Feasibility Assessments (Technical, Environmental, Risk, and Cost) to de-risk investments. Our Roadway Engineering utilizes industry-leading software like AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation to achieve advanced design and precise pavement optimization, ensuring project viability and practical solutions.

Designing and engineering resilient pressurized and gravity networks, we provide end-to-end solutions for essential services. Our expertise covers Potable Water, Irrigation, Firefighting, Sewerage, and Stormwater Management, leveraging an integrated approach and tools like WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS for optimal network performance and flood risk mitigation.

We deliver accurate flood risk assessment using a comprehensive workflow: data collection, catchment delineation (ArcGIS/QGIS), and advanced modeling (HEC-HMS/RAS, Autodesk ICM). This utilizes specialized tools like Hyfranfor IDF curve generation and provides detailed 2D flood mapping and optimization of mitigation measures.

We oversee construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications. Our supervision guarantees timely delivery and effective resource management.

Concept design for the Increasing Al Mataf Capacity of the Holy Mosque project in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The goal was to provide integrated solutions to accommodate the increasing number of pilgrims during Hajj and Umrah, offering two approaches: one non-architectural and one with minimal modification near the Tawaf and Sai areas.

The "Assessment Wastewater - Makkah" project focused on evaluating the Makkah Municipality's wastewater treatment system. It involved baselining the current state, identifying key challenges, and providing strategic insights. The project also contributed to the city's Development Strategy by advising on the wastewater dimension and its potential for a sustainable water supply network.

This project involves engineering consultancy for the infrastructure development of the Yanbu Industrial Port (50,000 m²). Key deliverables include the design of a new 2,600 m³/day WWTP, replacement of the 10 km wastewater network, and development of new administration (350 m²) and laboratory (337 m²) facilities, followed by final design and tender document preparation.

This project involved the detailed design and development of a new water supply network and pumping stations for King Saud University. The objective was to meet the future demands of King Khaled Hospital and the expanded medical city, including all associated surveying, design components, specifications, and tender documents.

Master planning and preliminary design environmental studies for the Knowledge Economic City (KEC) project in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, KSA. KEC is a vast development covering 8,640,000 m2, designed to offer unparalleled living standards and services for 200,000 residents. The services focused on providing high-quality, flexible, and viable residential neighborhoods.
