Project Description:
The building is located in a quiet street in Islam Abad. The project concept idea is provide the number of apartments required from the client a total of 42; Four bedrooms apt & 12 two bedrooms apt. The Design took into consideration to be luxurious with all functions required. The structure of the project was divided into two towers of Ground & 9 floors in order to have the best views for all apartments.
The Ground floor consisted of apartments and main amenities, gymnasium, sauna, laundry, games room, communal lounge/function room and underground parking.

Project Description:
The interior was to cover the Residential Buildings, Townhouses, Clubhouses allocated within Al-Andalus district Phase A in Al-Jumerah Golf Estates in Dubai. The architectural style was inspired by Al-Andalus Islamic architecture, with the use of arches, mashrabiyahs and mosaics in the finishing’s. This formed the basis of the interior design style for the clubhouses. However, the apartments and townhouses were designed to have a more contemporary style throughout the spaces allowing for the end user to customize at a more personal level.
Andalus Islamic architecture with the use horseshoe arches and geometrical engravings with the traditional Islamic mosaics with dazzling colorful finishing’s interpreted in a contemporary manner inspired the clubhouses interior. The apartments and townhouses were of a more subtle contemporary style, reflecting a luxurious feel with the use of modern materials at them same time structuring the base of a contemporary canvas for the end user to customize in any style desired.

Project Description:
The scope of this project involved participating in a design competition to provide a Pre-Concept design for the residential components; 560 Villa, 360 apartment with 10 types, for the Assoufid mixed-use development spreading over 234 hectares’ land located in Marrakech, Morocco.
Arising from the client aspiration to create a design that is inspiring, timeless and sustainable and achieves the following experiences: Resort like, Marrakesh, and Sense of place, in order to fulfil this, DAR AL OMRAN team started the design process in two parallel approaches. First, studying and analysing traditional Moroccan houses to comprehend the Marrakesh experience and understand the distinguished particularity of this remarkable architecture, while the second approach involved studying qualities and living standards of Resorts Architecture. These two approaches formed the base of the evolution of all villas and apartments building design.
